A Farm Unlike Any Other

Find out how our family farm in Metamora, MI got its start

Before Best Valley Farm Barn Venue was a fully operational venue for weddings and events, it was a fully operational dairy farm. Our 5th generation family farm was a dairy farm for over 100 years. It is run by one of our owner’s grandparents, Harold and Katherine Best. In addition to dairy, our family also cultivated corn, wheat, hay, oats and beans. Following a fire in 1932, our family rebuilt the farm from the ground up and expanded our barn.

Rick, grandson of Harold and Katherine, along with his wife, Michelle, run the venue with their families. Contact us today if you want to visit our local farm in Metamora, MI.
